4G63 tightening bolt/nut

I need to know if the following tightening method and torque values are correct or not

Cylinder Head Bolts:
78 Nm > 0 Nm > 20 Nm > 90 degree > 90 degree

Main Bearing Cap Bolt:
25 Nm > 90 to 100 degree

Connecting Rod Bearing Cap bolt/nut:
20 Nm > 90 to 100 degree

If so, are they same for ARP stud and bolt or not

And I just follow my manual and I'd bet that ARP would be the same, if not then there'd have to be some underlying difference between them that just isn't apparent.

I torque ARP head studs to 100 ft. lbs. with molly lube. ARP says only 80 ft. lbs. with molly lube, but we have had better luck with EVO head gaskets at this torque.

No, Nm are not equal to ft-lbs

You can do torque conversions here

For example, 95 ft-lbs is about 128.8027054 Nm.

So for those torquing the head studs to 95 ft. lbs., is this the final value. I mean : XX ft. lbs > 90 degree > 90 degree = 95 ft. lbs.
