Im always driving between so cal and nor cal, and in the process i tend to hit a @ss load of bugs on the highways...how do i flush out my front mount intercooler to get all the old fuggin dead bugs outta the middle of my tiny fins...some bugs i noticed are not just on the front of it, some have been pushed back into the fin airways...

how do i officially and correctly clean out my intercooler without taking it off? will water work, or should i use a powerful air vac?

Are you talking about cleaning out the inside, or the outside. If it's the inside, you need to take it off and clean it w/gasoline, let dry, then reinstall. If it's the outside, then just do whatever you can to get them out.

Yeh...You should have put a cheap window screen in front of it so that that wouldn't have happened...now you have a problem cause if you use too much water/air pressure you'll bend fins

I never see cars with big front mounts with screen meshes infront of them. Isn't there any easy way to just clean out a front mount? Can i spray water inbetween the fins or would that not be good? nothing to strong, to where it would bind the fins...

Take off the intercooler. Get a pressure washer from a safe distance, spray. Then after doing this for a good 10-15mins actually clean it with gas next. Let dry for the rest of the day or either install when dry.

Done.

I didn't install my intercooler so how hard would it be to remove it? id have to take off the front fascia. And I think part of the intercooler is welded onto something. My fuggin intercooler is crooked too... How do i go about removing the intercooler? And once thats done do i use soap with the water? and if i use gas, do i just pour it on it, or what?

Thanks

If you can find a local car wash that has a heated power wash, that will work wonders. Spray a bit of degreaser (such as Purple Power) on it and let it soak for a good 5 minutes. Then hit it with the power wash. That hot water will take them right off.
