I got a 19C junior with a greddy profec b controller in it. I noticed that my controller, when i turn it up still doesn't adjust like it should...is my stepping motor bad or maybe my wastegate is leakign and staying open? When i hit like 7 psi (right b4 fuel cut) the turbo is loud as ####, like its pushing harder than 7 psi...im thinking maybe the WG is staying open and im killing the turbo cause somethings broken...like im pushing twice as hard to get half as much? Does this make sense? is my profec bad or my turbo?? Cause my 19C has like 2k miles on it, and i had a turbo problem before i noticed....i put the 19C in because the T-25 would no longer boost past 10 psi...the guy said i had a cracked turbo housing yet there was not a damn thing wrong with it.....
please someone help. i dont wanna put my injectors and S-AFC II in next week and boost the thing hard and blow a rod or something cause the WG is malfunctioning or something...anyone got a way i can check my WG flapper to see if its staying open?
