car wont start

Its 445 am here in toledo, and i was trying to leave and go home, when now my car will not turn over. The battery is fine all the lights and radio work, but the engine wont turn over. I have a manuel so when i pressed in the clutch all the engine makes when trying to turn over is a clicking noise. i need help please.
