I was expecting between 330-340 on pump gas with my setup. I only gained 13hp with the new 1G head, 1G intake manifold and a Green Turbo (used to have Frank 3). Any ideas? I did an intake lead test and everything was fine (except the MBC witch is supposed to lead the air out anyway).

Get a degree wheel and make sure your cams are degreed in properly. I focking hate web cams.

Also, what kind of timing are you getting? I had timing problems when I dynoed my car (2G) with the BR20G but I still made 369whp @ 21 psi on pump. I run HKS cams though.

Sounds abit low....for some reason, I don't think that web cam's and FP turbo's go well together...I know that's the case with the Big28. I am making about 300 to the ground on pump @18psi with similar setup to you minus the 1g TB and cam's. I'm also in the process of putting on a Green Turbo with 40mm external with dump. Once I get dyno'd, I'll let you know. What were your EGT's like?

Also, got a question for you. I also bought the AHP dump, were you able to keep the stock drivers side fan in place, or did you have to by a Slim fan to fit?
 
Yeah Dre99GSX did that on pump gas with his AWD...has run 11's on pump...that's what i'm talking about!
 
Did you say that a T-28 will put down over 300whp? with what other mods done and is that with race gas and super high boost levels?...

Yup, they can make 300 on pump. I just felt that that wasn't enough on the street considering how many fast LS1's we have roaming on the hwy's here. Yes, I can beat mostly stock LS1's from a roll, and that's cool, but I want to be able to walk them no problems. Those car's are like anywhere 290-300 to the ground stock and with a good driver, run low 13's stock.

Are you still using the stock A/C fan Mistasparkles?

I'm lucky, up here at 4600' stock Fbods are only averaging like high 14's. Stock 1g DSM's run mid-high 15's or so. FI cars don't mind the altitude as much. Stock Vipers are in the mid-low 13 second range.

Sometimes I think it sucks to be at altitude, but then I remember most other cars are worse off than I.
 
Do you have an aftermarket FPR with that big old fuel pump? If not I would call this a typical case of FPR overrun on a 2G. Stupid 2Gs.
 
310whp on a green? that does seem a little low..
my friends galant with the mutt 1 (ete12 i think) on a completely stock motor made 307whp on 18psi, pump. All he had was fuel, fmic, and exhaust for mods basically. also that was with a huge leak at the throttle body.
4600'?? i wouldn't like it up their, i'd rather take the frigid winters of minnesota, atleast my car can run fast during the summer (along with everything else, unfortunally).
 
Mistapakles, are you still using the stock fan with your AHP dump and WG setup, or did you have to go to no fan or slim fan?

If you dont have an adjustable FPR, and your running an aftermarket fuel pump.. I would seriously consider getting one. I am also using 660's, and a walbro 255 on my 1G. I am still running rich, and I bet after I get the a-fpr my logs will look quite different.
