O2 housing external dump + porting

:confused: planning to do the o2 external dump this weekend and also port it and the exhaust manifold. My questions are:1-will the external dump add any power by itself and :2-how much power can I expect from the portwork?
 
I also wanted to know if I would need to replace any gaskets or seals after this?
