DSMers nightmare! almost worse than crankwalk!!! (long)

I see a perfect bodied 1991 Eagle Talon TSI... i look it over.. drive it... very nice car... i buy it! cost me $1700. awsome condition. 2 weeks later.. im racing it... blow up the clutch! (early january this happens) i buy a new clutch and all drop the tranny for the first time ever... put the new clutch in put it back together... doesnt work. clutch wont disengage.. im like uh ok. so i dont have time to work on it... it sits for about 2 months. I finially get around to towing it to my dads shop. Sits there for another 2 months.

May Rolls around... I Finiiiiiiially get to fixing my car.... i dont get far the first night.. i got the tranny out and started looking things over.. the tranny is alright condition... the bellhousing had been welding back together once before. The car sits without a tranny for about 2 weeks. I come back to put it back in. EUREKIA! it works.. i found out i was missing a tranny mount bolt! duh! so i drive it home the next day. Take it to school that tuesday. (last day of school) Im backing into a parking spot at school... it doesnt wanna go into reverse for some reason! it just grinds like mad and finially i get it to. I bring it into the autoshop that day.. the teacher liked me. im checkin things out... broke 2 of the tranny mounting bolts holding it to the engine!!!!!!! how does this happen? ok no biggie i take it home and replace them with some larger bolts. Yay it works agian.. drive it around for 2-3 days.. bang... the rear bolt keeps rattling out! ok whats going on here? i fix it agian... drive it around some more.. it falls out agian even with lock-tite! i go under there to put it back in.. the holes completely stripped!!!!!! WTF! so i take out the tranny agian give it to my dad who sleeves it with steel! itll never come out agian! yay. Heres where it gets interesting...

Today im working on the tranny puttin it back in.. and noticed that the owner before me drilled the block and tapped it then broke a bolt in there.. so im drilling out the this bolt and it finailly comes out.. and what do i see down this hole.. o look! an oil passage!!!!!!!!!!! plus this hole is completey ruined from some dumbass who worked on the car prior to me! im pissed.. now i gotta take out the tranny agian... TIG weld the hole shut.. then drill and tap it.... finially someone will do it the right way! im lucky i just bought my tig welder for my company! whew.. but im guessing i wont be able to take my ride to hot import nights this year maybe october. This has to get the worst experencise with tranny troubles ever! anyone ever have this happen to them?!

hell no my car isnt going to the graveyard! ive already salvaged a smashed up eclipse.. it was my first car i got for $1000. It was real bad.. but im still fixing it right now. whats bad about my bumper??? at least i have a modified one! EVERYONE has a stock one! hah! when my driver side wheel fell off i had to have it towed on a normal truck holding my car by the frame and the rear wheels on special rollers for awd cars. i always got lucky and got back to my house before it broke completely other times.
