Well this has been beat to death too many times, but each person is different and each personal reply is very helpful.

I am wanting a high 12 sec. street car/daily driver, it can be done w proper engine management(microtech/haltech).

I am hearing things about a T3/T4 set-up not being good for a daily driver, yet the .50 trim turbo is the best pump-gas turbo. I am looking to make a car w/power when i want to use it. I just need some help deciding on:

Turbo:
T3/T4 .50 trim
20g

Manifold:
tubular
Ported

Engine Management:
DSM link
Microtech
Haltech

The rest i can figure out depending on the needs of the car, if you have any comments, suggestions let me know. And no bashing, it's just web-space ya'know.

dont forget exhaust and fuel system. you wont get any HP without those big important upgrades. that setup looks good to me. just above. also you could look at the 1/4 mile time list look at the time you want and look at theyre srtup and PM them and figure out how they do it and what tyeh do.

Do as much research as you can about your turbo, dont rush into something like i did. What i paid for my 17c I could have had a BR 500, or an L1. I would go with DSM link unless you really know what you are doing, because they keep the things you dont need to really worry about but let you change the important things, so that means a smaller chance to screw something up. And dont forget about the supporting mods. I would not worry to much about a manifold just port it yourself with a grinder.

I will upgrade all else regarding the turbo i choose.
I wanted to know if i should go T3/T4 or 20g? or another turbo(i'm on a budget)
Also if i should just port my manifold or get a tubular manifold?
