I know i want a FMIC and will need an AFC but what next to run high 12's?

Here are the parts on my 97' GS-T:

ported 14b turbo
K&N air filter
Thermal exhaust (no cat)
dejon tools upgraded intercooler pipes
550cc injectors

I bought this car recently , it's rated at 9 psi, but the previous owner said i could tune it all the way up to 19 psi. I don't have a boost controller so i'll need to get that too. Are electric controllers worth the money or should i just get a manual one? Hope this question isn't to newbie. Thanks. :dsm:

Get a EBC. You wont need a front mount with a 14b. My best advice is to sell that 14b and buy a small 16g. For the money it cant be beat. There is a group buy going around for a small 16g with 2g install kit for like 700. Pm me for info if you want.

u hav a 2g u dont need an safc, get the dsmlink, u need a laptop to set it up but u can make adjustments from a palm, its a tuning tool and a data logger all in 1, costs about $500
and u might as well get a frount mount, u might not need it with a 14b but it wolnt get heat soaked as easily as ur sidemount will, i hate my sidemount and wish i had money for a front mount, the stock side mount gets heat soaked any time its hot out, it sucks
and i would get a nice cheap manual boost controler, theres really no need to spend 6 times as much on an ebc, unless u feel u need to be able to adjust ur boost from inside ur car, an ebc doesnt mnake the car run any different its just preferance and convience
i would recomend getting either a ported 2g or ported evo exhaust mani, and a magnus intake mani will give u a good ammount of power, if u can afford one get it
and if u dont have one already get an aftermarket clutch, either an act 2600lb or a clutchmasters stage 3 2500lb(my friend has this clutch in his fwd 2g and he loves it, i drove it the other day and its really nice and grabs very good), u should also get some solid urathane motor mounts, it will eliminate ur wheel hop, u may not have gotten wheel hop yet but when u do let off the gas immediatly, wheel hop blew a hole in my friends tranny that was almost 5" in diameter, if u took the gears out u could toss a football through the hole, and fwd trannys are very hard to find, and they arent cheap

Cirus just stop giving advice. You sorta know what you are talking about but not really. Alright let me straighten a few things out here.

1. DSM link is cool but for the price you can have a pocket logger and a SAFC so you make the choice.

2. Front mount on a 14b is pointless.

3. The reason I suggest an EBC over a MBC is because manuals are natorious for spiking out of control and all I hear are people complaining about them. Spend the extra money and get a used Greddy Profec-B, you wont be dissapointed.

4. For the intake mani, you dont really need it with a 14b. A more adiqute upgrade would be a first gen intake mani and throttle body. This I was told so research before you buy.

5. As for the clutch, 2600 is WAY too much for a 14b powered car. You will tear your tranny apart with this thing. Go with a 2100. They are rated to upwards of 350hp so yea, there perfect.

what you need to do is junk that little 14b and get a real turbo. 20g and up for a 2g.

 Hi, I'm reality...have we met?

Please try to type out "you" in your sentences. It would be so much easier to read. Also, don't give advice on things you have no clue about. The only thing that made sense in your rambling was the MBC recommendation.
