Has anyone with a 98/99 done a 1G throttle body swap?

Has anyone with a 98/99 done a 1G throttle body swap? I have done my swap and kept the EGR. I think I did it right, but was wondering if anyone has sourced theirs differently

I placed the
E from my 99TB to P from the 91TB
A to A1 on my 91TB

Do a search and check out Shawn Gradek's website. He has instructions on how to hook it up for the 98 plus cars doing the swap. It's something like www.turbo4wd.com. Did you change out the shaft seals? They are known to leak due to age.

Thats a good idea about the Shaft ports. I just want everything to be ready when I head to the dyno next month. Last time, I had 266@18lbs. I must reach 320AWHP@22lbs(To the ground).

And to do that, I need the car to be perfect

I think the older(or all) JDM cars dont have EGR. Which is why the ports are missing

The shaft seal replacement is on VFAQ. I did that to the TB I have too.

The link with the 99 vaccum map actually helped me a bit.

I'll go E-2g to the JDM P port. There is no A port but taping into the UICP ought to accomplish the same thing.

By re rigging 98 style I don't need a hook up for a P-port.
