Whats up everyone, I'm new to this forum. I have a 95 GSX auto, and the color is Biscayne Pearl green it kind of looks lime green. I want to get a BOV and a Turbo Controller. Someone told me if i don't recirculate the BOV that the car will give me poor gas mileage and will run to rich. Is this true, I don't mind that at all! On the Turbo Controller that same person, told me that i can't up the boost to 15 psi without changing my injector and fuel pump because I would be running to line if I don't change those out. Is this correct or can I safely boost 15 psi on stock fuel system. Thanks I just want to get everything staight before I mess up my car.

you dont have to recirculate if you dont want to... the gas mileage might be a little worse, but for me the sound is worth it. Also, you won't run rich all the time, only when you are shifting (which is next to no time at all if you do a lot of highway miles as well). As for rewiring the fuel pump, www.vfaq.com. There is a how to on there that shows how to rewire your fuel pump with just some 8 or 12 gauge power wire, and its pretty effective. I suggest looking around vfaq.com for other stuff too, its quite helpful.

Hey Defiant Ive noticed you becoming a post whore lately...you wouldn't be trying to take me out of the 3'rd most active user (beating my number of posts) would you? =)

Boost OVER 15 PSI on a T25 and You won't see that boost for hit for very long, but you'll feel it. I ran 20 psi on stock fuel system w/my T25 for a year and a half on a rewired pump/1G BOV and a Supra IC/ before I wised up and bought a Big 28. (Get one) I had no porblems and still ran rich. I had to spike to 22 psi to get fuel cut (100% FI pulse)w/the T25. T25 can hardly flow enough to max a rewired pump &450's .Makes for a strong mid range but you will on'y see 10-12 up top (safe) anyway and you'll heat soak your stock IC in no time.

if u dont recirculate ur BOV ur car will get crappy gas milage, but more importantly it will run like crap(far too rich) at low rpm and ur idle will be so terrible that ur car will sometimes stall, if u want to sit and tap ur foot on the gas to keep ur car from stalling every time u stop then go ahead and dump to atmosphere, not to mention that its recieculated for a reason, that helps keep ur turbo spoiled when u shift, dont recirsulate and u will have to spoil ur turbo up againe very time u shift
as for the boost, u can run 25 psi on stock everything if u want, but the t25 can only hold about 14 psi at high rpm, this means that no matter what u have it set at it will drop to about 14 at by 6000 if not sooner, but stock cams dont have any power after 6k anyway, so just shift at 6k
u can safly(meaning not hitting a fuel cut) run 18 psi with a 3" turbo back exhaust and an intake with good IC piping, with a 2.5" exhaust u can run about 22 before u hit fuel cut, my feiend upgraded to a 3" from his 2n5 that can with his car, we had to turn the boost down to 18 from the 20 psi it was set at cause it his fuel cut at 5k
