Depends. If you plan on running high boost mostly on pump gas, 660s-680s should be fine. I think 780s are overkill for a 20g. If you run race gas a lot, I'd even consider 550s.
Tuning and other supporting mods are still key. Your motor can blow regardless of injector size.
