ok im curious to how much whp i will be pushing when i get my car back. i have stock internals other than balanced and blueprinted with balance shafts removed. i will be running a fp big16g and will be only running around 15psi do to stock fuel system. dont want my egt's to get to high. let me know if u think i could safely go higher. remember this is a daily driven car so i cant afford to blow it up again. let me know what u think i will be pushing hp whise.

other than the 1g block and some stuff done inside it. nothing major. not by choice would have rather done the other mods first, but i destroyed the motor do to crank walk and the turbo was shot so why spend 1200 on a stock turbo when u can get a big 16 g for 700 dollars.

Well, if you have the stock 2G BOV, I don't think it will hold over 12lbs of boost. I may be wrong though. Do you have some form of boost controller? You will need one because of the aftermarket turbo. I think this will be the minimum of what you need:
1) Open air intake
2) Upper Intercooler pipe w/BOV
3) Boost controller

with this you might get boost creep so you may need:
4) Ported O2 Housing
5) DP and Exhaust

To answer your question of HP.....I really don't think you will see a difference as long as you have that 2G BOV. But then again, I may be wrong......

what bov should i go with. i heard the greedy sucks. i heard just to go with the 1g bov. is this true.

where does everyone get off saying the Greddy sucks?? Greddy is a very popular choice amoung ALOT of people. the problem with the Greddy is sometimes it supposedly leaks over 20 some lbs of boost.. I ran 23lbs on mine with no prob so I dont see it.. Other then that I think its a great replacement..

Yeah, I had a 1G bov and then went to Greddy Type-S. I might go back to the 1G bov. I'm not happy with the Greddy.

hey if u wanna get rid of that Type S, i'm a local buyer and i have a 1g to trade.OMG
