fuel pump rewire on a 2g

yes I know vfaq but that is for a 1g and tried using the black w/white wire and go nothing.. so if you have done this to a 2g then tell me which wire it is that you splice.. the black w/white or the black w/blue.

i used that on my 2g awd, worked perfect, trust me i hate electrical work, and i was splicing wires together and i thought for sure, my car would never run again after putting like 5 wires all over on that relay, but it worked fine, i was amazed
