i decided to take my manifold off today to replace my studs with SS ones and drill out 2 studs and i ended up breaking off the one manifold to turbo bolt in the turbo exhaust housing, so i have spent the entire day trying to drill it out, its going on 8 hours now, ive broken 2 ez-outs, dulld like 5 bits, and im completely through it, i can see out the other side, and it still will not come out, its like it melted and bonded with the turbo, so far ive gotten it to turn about half a turn

*cries*

on the plus side i have the studs in and drilled out one of the holes on the block, so now im only missing the very far right bottom, the one by the power steering pump, and i dont wanna dick with it cuz i dont feel like taking the PS off =D, 8 out of 9 studs is good enough for me LOL

Heat is the answer. Torch the bolt throught the hole you drilled till its glowing, then quench it with some Seafoam Deep Creep or Rusteater. EZ-outs (Home Depot spiral extractor) will just snap, you need the good sq. fluted extractors to work the bolt out after you quench it (try NAPA, Snap-on, maybe evenAuto-zone).
Works every time.
