I'm getting a new turbo in the near future and I know that I'm gonna need a better fuel pump. I want to get a supra pump and aftermarket fuel pressure regulator and I plan on running about 18psi and then 20 after I get bigger injectors. I was wondering what the highest pressure I can run on stock injectors is and if I can regulate the supra pump to run on the stock injectors. Any input is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

i dont see why you cant use stock injectors but you would really have to keep the boost turned down pending on the turbo you go with.. with an AFPR you can adjust the fuel pressure so as to not overrun the stock regulator but youll still be maxing out the injector duty cycle.

well.....im using a walbro 255 on my stock injectors with a b&m fuel pressure regulator....i dont know why you dont just dont spend the extra money and get yourself a walbro or some other aftermarket pump? but then again you might be on a budget and the supra pump is a very goo choice, also when you do your pump install you might want to think about rewiring your pump too... www.vfaq.com should have what your looking for there. And last but not least 44psi sounds about right for good fuel pressure, ohh and one more question do you have an AFC?

With my 14b on race gas I ran 24 psi and ran 12.8 at 106 on stock pump and stock injectors, no rewire. Unfortuantely I didnt check the limits on street gas before I upgraded to the 190. On a cold night 16 psi was the limit on my 14b before the 450s were out of capacity. So with a larger turbo, it will be even lower. On a warm day I could do 18 psi with the 450s and Supra SMIC. Hope that helps.

nah I don't have a s-afc yet but I will soon I going to be running a Big16 but I plan on running low boost till I get the rest of the support mods and I wanted to use the supra pump because it pumps more fuel that the aftermarket pumps that I've looked at and I plan on eventually upgrading to a 20G I just can't right now because I use my car alot right now.
