hi iam new to the board and have a 99 gst i was wondering what u guys thought was the best turbo upgrade 14b or the 16g...and if i was to do those what kinda fuel system upgrades would i need.

I noticed in your profile that your car is stock. It is not in your best interest to upgrade your turbo at this point (unless your stock unit is damaged.) There are many mods that must be done to support a larger turbo. You should consider doing the supporting mods first (consult the tuning guide link above this post), these will allow you to see good gains out of your stock unit. Like I said before, unless your stock unit is damaged you should leave it there until it can no longer increase your horsepower output and you need to upgrade it.

Guru is right, as well as the guide on this site, some of the tuning companies offer their own solutions. Although you will find these are all pretty much the same.
