Greddy Sidemount?

Hey everyone. I am searching right now for an inexpensive intercooler upgrade. I'd like to get a front mount, but they're a little out of my budget, and dont' think they're necessary for my goals (300 hp & low 13's). Anyways, I found a guy selling a greddy sidemount, and I'm really confused. I'm not going to get it for many reasons, but mainly I didn't know that greddy made a sidemount intercooler. I don't think they do, could someone clarify?

im not sure about greddy sidemount but i do know that you can swap to a supra MKIV sidemount. go to a supra forum, then the classified section, and post that you would like a used mkiv side mount. also look at the vfaqs and thell show you how to install it. very good mod for the price.

I'm planning on getting a supra sidemount unless I find a really good deal on a front mount. Has anyone ever heard of a Greddy sidemount though?

Yes greddy does make a sidemount, i got one with my car, and have pics to prove it, It is one awesome sidemount, a hellova lot better than a supra sidemount, its thick and strong as hell. The guy that sold me my car, gave me the sidemount with it, When i got the greddy front mount, i was expecting a hellova diffrence, I actually didint, exept on cool nights the front mount worked alot better, when i was running the sidemount, it pulls almost as hard as the front mount.

nah, its for a dsm, there is mounts for it to mount to the body of my car... youll see from the pics, im just too lazy to get out of bed right now

I am aware of that, but I might decide to try for 12's, and at that point I'll want one

as you can see the sidemount was in a wreck, 1 row is crushed on it, but flows 100%, kinda dirty since i use it in the winter.. as you can see the mounts are the same for the sidemount.. its a heavy core too

yeah i dont know, it was on the car 2 years before i bought it...

uh.... that's just a generic smic with a greddy sticker on it. actually, it looks just like the extreme smic.

That doesnt look anything like the other greddy intercoolers I have seen.

To me it looks like a spearco bar and plate core.

Extreme claims their sidemount is actually over 6" thick (vs. about 3.5" thick for the above sidemount). Is this really true? Has anyone seen a recent Extreme sidemount? That's quite a big difference.
