i have the prothane kit for a 95gst...how the hell do you get the metal ring out of the mount... it says press it out but i have no press so any helpful ideas would be great thanks...zach
 
I removed the rubber using a very sharp knife and a sharp air chissel. Once the rubber was out, I cut the inner sleeve with a sawzall and gave it a lil tap with a screw drive and hammer.

It didnt take long at all.
