Rebuilding Turbo- Where do i get it balanced?

I am rebuilding my turbo but need to know a cheap place to get it rebuilt. Anyone have this done? Where? Price it cost you?

I actually called turbochargers.com today and the guy i talked to was DAMN rude. I asked him how much to balance it and he said 150. And they would have to tear it back apart to balance it because they dont do half ass work, so my rebuild was pointless. Then he went on to tell me how it was a waste of time to rebuild the 14b and to just buy a new turbo because they are really cheap nowadays. I told him money was a issue and he said HA if you rebuild the 14b it will cost just about the same. I hung up and thought i will never have them do anything for me in the future!!!! I mean it wasnt that he told me that mine wasnt worth rebuilding it was the fact that he was F&$%ing RUDE!!!!!!!

Conventional Bushing Turbochargers
We offer turbocharger rebuilding services for factory and aftermarket turbochargers from all the major manufacturers. The standard rebuild cost is $300 and includes complete disassembly of your turbocharger. We inspect all parts and they are cleaned and/or bead blasted to a new finish. New shaft bushings, oil seals, gaskets, and thrust bearing is installed after the rotating assembly is completely balanced to our rigid specifications.

Keep in mind that some rebuilds will require new parts that are at an additional cost. If this is the case, after we disassemble and inspect your turbo, we will notify you of any additional costs involved.
