muffler advice

i just bought a 91 fwd turbo and im in need of a new muffler. i just bought my car and it had an exhaust system on it. the guy took off the muffler because it was too loud. currently i just have the pipe fromt he cat to the muffler and some old crappy muffler thats way too loud. i dont have a ton of cash. im looking for something for not too much money and and something that wont inhibit my cars hp. im also not looking for a ricey sound. i was recomended summit racings turbo mufflers (cheap only 20 dollars) and some mufflers called n1 off of ebay (only 40 plus shipping) does anyone have any experience with either of these? does anyone have any advice on what to do. get back to me asap. im just curious as to how they each sound (trying to stay away from rice) and how they flow. thanks. if anyone wants to im me directly and give me some info my sn on aol and aim is lucassays. thanks

I just ordered one of the ebay n1 mufflers, I haven't got it yet so I can't tell you how it sounds or performs. But when your on a tight budget you cant be too picky. Theres usually a reason why things are dirt cheap. I'd rather have a Magnaflow, but cant afford one so I'm settling on this one for now.

i have the n1 muffler and it sounds great!!I don't think it's ricey though.got it for real cheap!Go with greddy or N1,magnaflow is good too,just stay away from the cheap $20 muffler's

i run the carbon fiber HKS one, expensive but sounds nice. the n1 muffler is nice as well.
