Does anyone have any idea about who to get to port my head and about how much will it cost ?

If you don't mind shipping the head to me, just let me know what work you need performed and I'll do it for you.

Regards,

Anyone wanna bore my TB? I'll send it to them, how much will that cost? Thanks.

you wouldnt want to bore our your throttle body.. youd want to get a 1st gen TB cuz its alot bigger already 60mm vs 52m and port match your intake manifold to that..

Bj looks like they do real good work and that lightend and knife edged crank is the #@%#@%#@%#@%.I want to have the head ported first (stage 2 ),then rods polished, shot peened and balanced.Of course the lighten crank.(for the engine rebuild im doing)

could i do this on a spyder 2.4l?

I have done porting on small block chevy heads, but i dont want to screw this head up.Gasket matching is easy but what about the bowls.do they need just polished or material taken out? What about the valve job.when i get it done should it be a 3 angle or 5 angle valve job.Are there any certian (Or special angles).I know that a standard vavle job for a chevy does not work as well on a pontiac engine(they require a differnt cut to flow properly)What about a dsm head? Thanks for any info.

I would polish the bowls on the exhaust side and just smooth the casting on the intake side.
Unless you kept the stock exhaust manifold gasket you won't have anything to match to. The new stainless ones have HUGE openings. You would kill velocity going that large, IMO.

Don't know about the angles. I know on the higher stages BJ does a full radius valve job.
