Hello all... I bought that fp 16g kit for my talon and have just recently been putting it in and would like experienced help, PLEASE!!! Ill start with my mods: big16g, ported 2g man, FMIC w/ all piping, walbro, safc, soon to get 650's, mbc, extreme 3"turbo back w/test pipe, dejon tool w/k$n, all free mods and good maintenance(magnecores and stuff...). My questions are mainly about ease of installation. The car came from NC with a some rust, which Ive never been exposed to before (sorry for u east coasters), which entailed the breaking of all kinds of bolts. So do any of you know where I can get a detiled lists or anything with part#'s or sizes of all of the nut, bolts and washeres? I have stuff from vfaq, but it doesn't have everything:( Also is there anything you guys think I should do while the turbo is off, or anything to any parts while they are off aside from making them look pretty:D Thanks for the help, sorry for being so long...

Definately change the exhaust manifold studs, they are very prone to breaking and making your life a wonderful nightmare...it would b a good idea to get ur o2 housing ported or get a dump tube installed etc...make sure to change all ur gaskets while ur at it esp the head to manifold gasket

Well I have the extreme o2 housing that come with the exhaust system...and my studs are all still in the head, I just took off the bolts and left them in. So you think I should take them out and put new ones in? If so what is the best way to get them out without breaking and/or stripping too many? Thanks for the reply's fellas. BTW I have a friend who works at the mitsu dealer and can get parts pretty cheap, do you still think partznet would be cheaper (more helpful Im sure) than the dealer? Oh and do you think I should do any porting to the turbo or anything? The 14b compressor outlet is at leist as big as the 16g's...

There's nothing you can really do the first time you take them out except liquid wrench or mouse milk and some praying. when you put the new ones on make sure to use some anit-seize lube and next time you will sweat less.

Later,

My question is why do Ieven need to take them out?? Oh and john were you at the competition at speedworld lst night??
