I get 96.5%, is that normal? I know its pretty close to 100%
just wondering if I should adjust it
maybe Ill get an extra 50hp j/k

Check your throttle cable right behind your intake manny. It shouldnt have very much slack in it. Its very common for them to be loose on these car, there are 2 10mm bolts on brackets that you loosen on top of the intake manifold to adjust it. Just make sure you dont put it too tight, or you will make it so you are always pushing the throttle (messing up yoru idle)
