Woodbury,
In installing a manual TurboXS Boost Controller we cannot seem to get the boost to back down. We have tried using the coarse and fine adjusters, but nothing seems to work. What is wrong?

Thanks for your help/advice....

No that's too quick and easy. They actually bring you down to the dungeon and cane you.

Later,

P.S. I've never used a TurboXS manual boost controller so I couldn't help you:)

Sorry for posting it twice. I knew the post likely belonged in here, but I figured that not many people would be just hanging out in here on a weekend at such a late hour. Since I need a quick response, I double posted. Sorry, won't let it happen again. Oh and I fixed my problem....

Because there are two points of adjustment (the coarse which is the large brass-colored piece, and the fine adjustment) on the MBC, I wasn't sure which one I needed to adjust in order to reduce the boost. I followed the instructions to reduce the boost to the starting position (which turned out to be 14 PSI). Then I turned the fine adjustment (the little blue one) 1.5 turns in the positive direction to get a resulting 15 PSI.

While it seems simple, it is rather annoying when you are driving back and forth down a small stretch of road and having to pull over every 2 minutes to try to fix the problem.

Moral of the story...read the directions closely before attempting to install. :D
