Engine Throbing!!!!!!

i just got a turbo engine put in my stock 91 gs and it throbs when it is first warming up but doesnt do it when its warm.(THE RPMS GO UP AND DROP OFF THEN GO BACK UP)... WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?

Basically its called IDLE SURGE, which is common in the Eclipses, Talons, Lasers. One good way to diagnose this problem is to go toVFAQ Idle Surge Diagnosis it'll help you figure out what might be the problem to the car, its basically what i'll be doing tonight to my car, but i'll also be making a EGR block off, cause that is what i've diagnosed mine to!
