AGP turbo installed 95% completed

Everything form AGP work well. They gave me all the parts I needed for there turbo. ( Thank to the Crew at AGP!!!!1)


Here the hard the Buscher intercooler was design for a non AC car. One of the coupleing was short and I had to get a longer.

the 60-1 compressor housing will clear everything other than the fans. I hammered on the water so there no chance of hitting it at all. Could have got away with out doing so.
Went to the auto part store and bought Two electric fans. (no biggy)

Here a few pic of the finish product. In a bit I have to hook up my boost controller. I going to the store to get an oil filter which forgot about.
That will bit it.
The Money pit will run later to day.

took the care for a drive. I have really bad exhaust leak on my tial wastegate.

I coming out of the dump tube at Idle so i know for sure it's not the downpipe. Also not leaking from any of the flanges,

Everything else works great. With the bad leak in the waste gate still got good boost at 4600 rpm. Thanks Ben for helping me pick the right turbo.

If i can get the Exhaust leak fix on the waste gate I think it will spool up much better.

Totally if you have a leak at the wastegate you basically leaking power.

Did you install the valve seat into the tial? It's the stainless ring that has a step machined into it. It was in the tial box.

Waste gate is fix. Forgot to put the seal ring in.
