Ok, so I just installed my Profec B. The "IN" connected to the turbo, the "OUT" connected to my external wastegate, the "inlet pressure hose" that comes from the head unit was T'd off to where my boost gauge was T'd off (fuel pressure solenoid). So I take it out for a spin to get the settings. While on "low" I floor it in 2nd and my boost gauge takes off past 1.4 bar so I back off. I try it again and the same thing. What's going on here? After I floor it, when I let off the gas and the blow off valve does it's thing, I'm hearing somewhat of a rumling sound, like an enging rev sound. Anyone have any idea what this may be? The settings in the back of the head unit are set up for the "external wastegate" setting.

Also, is the head unit always on unless you turn it off? When I took my key out of the ignition, the unit was still lit. Is this right?

Did you tap the power to s source that constantly on.

it should turn off when the car is shut off.
unless your turbo timer is on.

Tap it from the lighter, its the easiest way. I tapped my pressure source from the BOV, not the boost gauge. May want to try that, mine works fine.

yea tap the bov....
