Channelview,
I have an 18G with full 3" exhaust.....550's/AFC and a walbro 255 pump....how much boost could i safely run on my stock sidemount intercooler?...thanks....Eric

I've know some have run into the 12s w/ the SMIC on a 1g, and one case of someone doing 11's/ But these are 1/4 passes. Driving around town is different. I know I ran 18psi on a SIMC in my 2g. Didn't have an issue, but what it does is make the car more effiecent.

I ran 16-18psi most of the time when I had my SMIC. I biggest difference I noticed when I went to the FMIC was that third gear would jsut keep pulling. WIth the SMIC 1st and 2nd felt good, but third felt kind of flat. with the FMIC it pulls in any gear.
