When a turbocharger's compressor housing lists a wheel diameter of 2.24/3.00, is that in inches?

For example, check this link:
Turbo Stats

If that is the case, does the 3.00 refer to the outer diamter of the compressor wheel?

If it is inches, and I converted the 3 inches to millimters, the wheel would be76.2 millimters in diameter.

Am I way off on this?

Like I posted on DSMTalk. 3.00 is the major compressor diameter (exducer) and the 2.24 is the inducer diameter. The size of the wheel is based on the inducer. This is a 56 trim wheel you are speaking off just by going off those 2 numbers.
