CAS wiring- are 1990's different?

well, I'm finally getting around to installing this GM translator thats been lying around collecting dust for 2 months. I remember reading a post where somone mentioned that the RPM signal wire on the CAS for a 1990 may be different (in color), and I want to make sure before I start tapping.

needing an answer.....1990 CAS different from 1991-94 CAS, yes or no?

You want to tap into the yellow wire leading from the CAS.....

I read through about 200 post to find what color the damn rpm wire was on a 1990 eclipse because it had been a pain and I cound't find anything in the maft instruction about 1990 being different.
