Evo8 Fmic

Would the EVO8 FMIC be a good upgrade ? WOuld it flow and cool enough air for a Big 16g ? I have a guy that works at Mitsu. who can get parts at cost, and I can get that FMIC for $350. Let me know what you guys think.

well seeing that is what the the lancer has stock a 16g and it runs at 19psi in stock form i wouldn't see why it wouldn't work well

hmm 350 from the dealer isnt bad. it would be better than a starion. custom piping might run a bit but it should be a decent fmic for 5-600 bux. stock evo 8's run 19 psi on big evo 16g's. so i dont see a problem with you running it. dont know how cool or effiecnt they are compared to spearco.

I'm pretty sure it would.....my stock smic can handle my b16g@18 psi......but then again it's not quite hot here yet so.....

One step ahead of you. I've been thinking the very same thing.

What I REALLY like about the EVO unit is the end tanks. They are cast like the HKS pieces. Even if you put a much larger core between them they are still worth it IMO.

i recently heard of the evo end tanks breaking and leaking ? anybody hear this yet ? heard rocks in the road can destroy the fmic cause of a week design or something ? anybody know if this is true ?
