1g fuel pump in a 2g?

Hi, I was wondering if a pump from a 93 awd dsm would fit in my 95 awd dsm. If so, what would I need to make/adjust so it does fit?

The 1G pump flows even less than the stock 2G pump. Most people shoot for increasing pump flow when they swap pumps out.

sorry, I should have been more specific, I am well aware that the 2g pump flows better than the 1g pump...

Anyways, I have a guy that'll sell me a denso 190 for cheap but it was in a 93 awd dsm, so I was wondering if it'd fit easily...
