I'm trying to decide if I really want to spend the extra money for a AFPR + the 255 or just go with a 190 lph since I'm not planning on outgrowing my Big 16G.

My current setup:
1990 Tsi AWD
Stock: pump + re-wire, fuel lines, injectors, SMIC - no SAFC
Turbo: Big 16G, ported, 10 Degree Clip, 34 mm Wastegate

It hits a solid 13-14 psi with nearly no knock on the data logger to the redline, any more than that and I start seeing knock.

Knowing that, does anyone have a guess at how many psi I could safely be running if I upgrade to the 190 vs the 255? I'd rather not have to deal with excessive base pressure unless it's absolutely necessary - the money could best be spent other tuning tools.

My goals for the car, high 11's by next summer.
