sputtering problem, exhaust popping?

can anyone help me i posted a thread earlier but im going to re-evalute my thoughts on it, i put a 3 inch turbo back exhaust on my fwd 1g turbo and when i slam the gas it sputters at high rpms, like its choking or something similar to that. but i drove it around to see if it would die off or something and i noticed when i accellerated slowly it didnt make the popping sputtering noise? i have the ported o2 sensor, the turbo xs h34 by pass valve, k&n intake filter, and all the free mods. help me out, the popping seems to be slowing me down?

It's probably ignition related. Throw on another set of plug wires and a set of plugs (gapped properly) and see if it still happens.
