I was wondering how much PSI i can run on my car without hurting any internals or anything. I have exhaust, intake, 16g killer turbo, boost gauge, turbo timer, dejon tool intercooler piping, and a 1g BOV. Soon I'll have a boost controller of some sort and i want to know how much I'd be able to run.

1st of all if you plan on upping the boost you'll definitely NEED a fuel pump to keep up the fuel with the amount of boost youre pushing. Once you get a pump, say a walbro 255 you can run 17-18 daily.. and if you really want to push it at the track 24-25psi w/ race gas will do. 16G owners tip in please

before anything I'd get a boost controller, they're liek 30 bucks. Then you can run about 14 psi. Get a fuel pump and you can run ~16-17, you'll need injectors, an afc, and a front mount to run anything over 17. If you get those you can easily run 24-25 psi. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I would get that fule pump in there asap before making more than 15 psi! Good thing you didnt get the boost controller yet! Running alot of boost can blow your motor fast, some people get lucky and run crazy boost with out harm, but i would not chance it. The hallman boost controller in my opinion is the best out there. They have a few options ranging from $40 to $150. The $40 controller is all you need. As far as the fule pump, i would get a walbro 190 or 255. If you plan on putting some power into your car down the road get the 255 and save the hassle of doing the pump install twice. There is a vfaq abou the install of both the controller and pump. So far your on the right track as far as mods list. good luck.
