hi!

im going to build a 4" intake for my car. has anyone done this before? should i go cheap and do it with PVC? wait, will that withstand the engine bay heat? should i hire a shop to make the 4" pipe? pics of this would be nice if anyone has done it.

True.. Are you actually planning on putting this on a non turbo?? If this is a non turbo just buy an intake that was built for the car, if its a turbo then get a Dejon tool intake.

the reason i want 4 in is because im going to turbo my car. im looking forward to the challenge.

LOL... Well you mos t likey will not be able to use that same intake for this motor after you turbo it. And if you are maybe you should just stick with somethign cheap and homade so you dont end up wasting your money when you turbo the car...
