HAHA 3-28 huh.. You got a good couple months ahead of you buddy :)

I ordered mine and was told it would take 1 month, ended up taking 2.5 months and you wont get called back by Ken. He doesnt reply to emails, he doesnt reply to phone calls. The only time he ever replied to me was after I threatened to cancel payment. Still the best kit on the market IMHO but customer service is non existant.

hmm.... got mine on time took (if i remember correctly) about 2-3 weeks. ken has always returned e-mails-IM's. ken is a stand up guy and very down to earth. if it was not for IRC you would still be paying 1300/1600 for 2-216/2-120 intercooler kits. IRC has WONDERFUL customer service, Also once you get the *tracking number* its in the hands of the shipping company, not IRC. i have the irc 2-120 kit and aluminum radiator. ken even included a J-pipe with my intercooler kit because he did not know what type turbo i was using:thumb:

I got a Race Core from Ken last month. He said It would take 3 weeks and it got here in about a month. He had decent customer service when I ordered the Intercooler. I finally got my fans from him a couple days ago. They took a couple weeks longer than he said it would to get here. I think the kit is well worth the wait and the little bit of inconvience. But if you just ordered the kit on 3-28 you've got alittle bit of a wait left. Id say business is getting good and it may take alittle longer. You can usually get in touch with him on his cell phone. I didnt have much luck with emails after awhile.

I ordered mine a long time ago ( I think it was about a year), and he had great customer service. i spoke on the phone with him a few imes and he answered all of my emails. i can tell you that when shod start to get more buisness it is pretty inevitable to have great customer service. Priorities don't necessarily change its just about quantity and quality I think...

I've dealt with Ken several times. He is a stand up guy and I've had NO problems with shipping or dates. All stuff was shipped when he said. There was a wait, but he is always easy to get ahold of, and I've had no issue.

Remember no cust service issues discussed on the forums.

Keep your replies limited to the amount of time you waited for your IC's. If you want more detail PM or e-mail that person for the details.
