Bigger intercooler piping...

Ok, my turbo has a 2" outlet and I was wondering if it would be worth getting bigger i/c pipping bigger then the outlet.?? Also, should I keep it a standard size all the way, like 2.25 all the way from the turbo outlet to the tb or is it ok to go from 2.25 piping to 2.5 and then back to 2.25?? Thanks

well I think that it would be ok and probably good to the the piping big like 2.5" but I wouldn't go from 2.25 to 2.5 then back to 2.25 cause that would cause restrictions...it'd be more effeicent to just stay at 2.25 if that was as big as you coudl fit.
