20g on awd 94

What injectors would you guys use with a Super 20-g N from hahn racecraft. I am thinking 660cc but will 550s or 580s work to? I have a s-afc.

what the hell are you talking about dude? the 20g was by far one of the best turbos mitsubishi ever manafactured.
what would you call a /real/ turbo?


as stated above,the 660s will do nicely with the 20g.

Don't fret, HRC has a good research and development program for their products. Candela is just refering to the 10cm exhaust housing that comes with the s-20g; causing the turbo to spool slower than a 20g with a 7cm housing and an external wastegate. It's really a tossup, cheep horsepower that comes with a lil more lag and theirs always a way to deal with lag. 660 injectors would be the best for the turbo.

i think candela was referring to the fact that hrc turbos just plain suck. my buddy has a 2g with a 6 bolt and every mod you can imagine. its been tuned COUNTLESS hours with the hrc super20g. his best run so far is a 13.4@106. i ran a 13.2@101 that same day on a stock 14b. yeah, they suck big time.

dude your crazy, hrc knows what the heck the are doing. my buddy has a stage 4 hahn kit on a 420a(with a super 16g) and at 15 psi he runs high 12's all day long. your buddy just can't drive or is not running enuff psi the super 20g is not that efficent on low psi

I have a friend with a 1996 gst that went 13.1@115 on 24psi, c16 with 550's and an afc, stock motor with hks 264/272 combo. Thats with hann's 20g 10cm kit. Now all that is in a 1996 gsx, should be fun (traction).
If this motor was built, the car was awd, and it actually ran some boost (bigger injectors) with maybe more than an s-afc, it would probably hit 120 traps.

the 20G is an excellent turbo, even mroe excelent for the cheapness. 6660s should do fine

arent 20Gs completely top end? i was under the assumption its more of a fwd highway racing turbo than a track turbo for awd

I would recomend getting Bushchur's 20G. Smaller housing and a good clip equates to good spool and top end. If you are going to get something that spools that slow, you might as well run a 60-1 on your car...

btw, 660's are just fine. What size fuel pump do you have? A good 190LP will do just fine if you haven't bought something other than that. I would also recomend getting an FPR aw well (I need one too )
