WTF! Frozen Sleeper Shaft

Well to make a long story short my sleeper shaft in my 1G 4g63 froze up, and I got a new engine in my car. But I still have this engine in my garage and I dont know what do with it...my choices are:

Part out the Motor
Sell it as is and have somebody fix it
Fix it myself

Keep in mind im not very motor inclined (I have no clue what I would be doing in there) and I dont really have that much time on my hands. So what do you think I should do?

But I think he is talking about the balancer shafts. But im only guessing

balance shafts are referred to as silent shafts as well, so i'm guessing a sleeper shaft would be the same as a silent one.
