What gets damaged with CRANKWALK

I have 68,000 miles on my car and theres no walking goin on.
knock on wood
but when it occurs what gets damged because of it
list all the things please?
the reason im askin is becuase im goin to get major work done to my engine and if its goin to damage some of the things i need to know.

im not much worried about just the engine getting damged becuase ill just get a 6 bolt but if theres anything else id like to know

so please just list the parts that get damaged

bearings, pistons if you walk completely, and the sensor in there that ends up shattering. Basically your motor becomes a big paper weight. Just like mine.
