I want to get a cone style filter that can fit to the stock intake so that i can install the cold air intake i have. It is almost like a heat shield and it is supposed to block the hot engine air. I just wanted to know if anyone has any favorites and which airfilter is the best to buy. I dont want to by a whoel new intake pipe yet i just want to get the filter....aright thanks

i've heard that the K&N FIPK is a good filter.....it cost around $100 though. some of the "generic" ones that are sold on ebay work just as well too.
