Ok I got a few ?'s here.

I installed a walbro 255 pump into my 95 2G. I got it dirt cheap. What do I need so I don't run soooo rich. I seem to have lost alot of power since the install and also it buzzes very loud, just wanted to make sure that was how it was supposed to sound.

Also running about 14psi boost on my t-25 (junk). At WOT it hesitates around 4000 rpm until about 5000 rpm. Is this fuel cut or just the turbo. When I run it at about 10psi It has no problems (and alot less power)

Thanks for any and all help

Walbro = Whinebro, the noise is perfectly normal.

I see you have no fuel control yet you have purchased a large fuel pump. Time for fuel control like the S-AFC, HKS AFR, or something more expensive like the Emanage, DSMlink etc etc.

my ? for you is. I have a 95 tsi. shouldn't it have an Eprom Ecu? and for the price of a datalogger and afc wouldn't it be the same for DSMLINK or close to it? Or is that strictly for very experienced tuners?

Answer is possibly. The only way to know is to pull your ECU out and check it. You can find information on www.dsmlink.com explaining what your looking for.

IMHO if I already had a 95 Eprom then yes the DSMlink is a better choice then the pocketlogger and AFC.

Yeah, you're running rich because you are overrunning the stock fpr. Get an afpr so you can turn the pressure down. I've got an Aeromotive with fuel lines I put together. It works great.

A fuel management system will not solve your high fuel pressure. That is only a band-aid fix.

Thanks, I bought a Weapon R AFPR but everytime I put the new fuel rail end on, it leaks. The factory FPR had a part that actually sat inside the fuel rail with an o-ring on it, but the new end is just flush with the outside. Do I need a new end or just maybe a bigger 0-ring????
