Guess u really are considering swapping up to a larger turbo. On your current setup this is what u'll need:

Oil feed line (recommend RRE SS line)
J-pipe or custom IC routing

Everything else can be reused with a little modifications. The oil return line needs to have the holes slightly adjusted, the water lines are reusable and all u need are new gastkets.

So y u switching away from the Killer? I'm letting u know right now that u'll also have to invest in larger injectors and possibly a AFPR. Not sure what FP u're running, but supra or HP walbro 255 will be needed to gain the max out of that turbo. Give yours a chance, u're NOT tuned. I know u dont want to hear that, but u're throwing $$ down the drain here. Unless your goals of mid to high 12s have changed, then u've got what u need. Just need a proper tune. Call me if u want more input.

My killer gets mighty hot and glows after some spirted driving as well. I'm not too worried about it though.
I'm going to hold off on upgrading for a while and continue with the killer. I'm going to work on the suspension and brakes in the mean time. ;)

If you get the 20G let us know how it works out.
