1G Car wont idle

The only way i can start my car is if i push the gas pedal and it starts but will not stay started and white smoke comes out the exhaust when I rev it up, Also im still trying to figure out why my car will only start if i block off my bov i just replaced my bov because it was leaking, if i put the hose that goes from the big end of my bov to my maf tube it will not start, i get spark but no start. I did a boost leak test and i fixed all the leaks. When i boost leak it up to about 13 and goes down fast until about 8 and slowly creeps down after that. I looked up what a bad isc would do and was thinking maybe that's my problem but i still have to cap my bov and i don't think that would help that. I just rebuilt my tb and turbo and before i did that i could not rev part 3k and still car wouldn't stay started.

What was the resolve?

The nipple that comes off the valve cover on the left had a hole in the rubber hose going to the maf tube, then i replaced the isc, now it runs great.
