i am wondering if there is anyone that has used arp main studs in there block and how you attached the oil pump pickup tube, due to the studs all being large diameter? i was just going to enlarge the hole for the stock location but i didn't know if anyone had any ideas?
also when is the next dsm meet in the east coast? i want to bring my cars to the shootout, i just bought a 1992 tsi that i am going to put the built motor in and my 1991 tsi will get the stock motor with a bunch of boltons. wednesday is the day for the madden voyage down the 1/4 mile w/ the 1992, stock motor greddy tvvc boost controler, 3" tanabe down pipe, 2.5" greddy sp, k&n filter, gutted maf, act 2600 clutch w/ extreme pressure plate & billet aasco racing flywheel, and greddy 24 row v spec fmic w/ all hard pipes. i am hoping for low 13's but we will see.
