I'm still trying to decide as to which turbo to buy but have narrowed my choices down to either a Big 28 Killer or a 20G. The car is just going to be a daily driven street performer and don't really want to have too much lag. I pretty much have all the support mods ready to hook up and have done my research considering my car is just going to be a street car and FWD. I've read a lot of threads about these turbo hitting full boosts at certain RPMs at WOT but what I wanted to know is what the breakdown of boost between RPMs. ie. 2500rpm=0psi, 2800rpm=5psi, 3000rpm=10psi ... This way I can get a better idea how a 20G or the killer behaves and decide which one is better for me. I'm not too concern about how one may be more powerfull at the same psi deal, I have most of the facts about these turbos already.

Thanks

I have the Killer on my GSX and had a GS-T with the 20G so I can offer my experiences.
My killer spools about 10psi from 2,300 -2,500, 15psi at 2,800 with full 19psi in at about 3,000rpm.

The 20G spooled much slower with 5psi around 2,400, 10psi at 3,000 and full 20psi in at 3,600.

There was no comparison in power though. The 20G blows the Killer out of the water. Being that your FWD the little extra time to spool would be beneficial to your traction.

The Killer has amazing midrange and wouldn't be a bad choice as a mild street performer, but the power bug will bite you and you'll be looking for an upgrade :D

Stangtt,

Which 20G are you talking about? the td06 turbine or td05? any clip?

there is much more that will make the boost onset vary.
for example, what kind of exhaust, what size? what boost control? external or integral wastegate? fuel tuning, cams, and displacement will also affect the onset. intake? 1g mas, 2g mas, or MAFT?
