would the greddy type s sound good on a stock 1st gen tsi with just a boost controller? would it be pretty loud recirulated? do they hold boost well? thanks

Many people like the Greddy Type S but most of these people don't have a need for a good performing BOV. If you're a ricer and just want a F&F BOV, by all means get it, if you want a BOV that won't leak get a Greedy Type R or a Tial. BTW, the type S sounds like a little bi***....

my friend has the greddy type s on his car and it sounds pretty good.

Mine held boost perfectly fine at 30psi and it sounds fine to me recirculated though obviously its much louder when vented

So you checked for boost leaks and pressurized the system up to 30 psi and the Type S didn't leak at all???
