whats the difference between, a tubular o2 housing from an aftermarket source such as rnr or victory performance, or the EVO o2 housing. They both look pretty good to me. Which would be better?

If designed properly, the tubulars will flow better. But at the expense of excessive heat radiation, prone to warping and low life. Cast pieces usually keep their shape better longer, don't crack as easily and keep the heat inside more, but weigh considerably more.

Street car should get cast. Especially if you drive it daily.
